Planning applications where procedure for material contravention of the Development Plan was used 2002-2012

Section 34(6) of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 provides that a development may materially contravene the Development Plan subject to certain procedures being complied with. In such cases, a decision to grant planning permission requires the vote of not less than three quarters of the members of the Council in favour.
